An impregnating sealer that is designed to “penetrate and seal” porous surfaces such as natural stones, grout, concrete, masonry surfaces, brick, clay roofing tiles and many other porous mineral or man-made materials. It provides an invisible non-glossy coating resist to water, oil, grease and stains. This is a water-based product and VOC free. It can be applied with multiple coatings for use indoor and outdoor.
